Hi, I'm Sékouba Traoré, the CEO of Fit4Mali - an athlete performance development program that offers strength and conditioning coaching services. My training specializes in the biomechanical movements of athletes. Sessions are designed to enhance strength, speed, agility, balance, and coordination. I train athletes in various sports such as soccer, basketball, tennis, volleyball and more.
I am passionate about helping athletes achieve their top goals. I hold a Bachelor's in Physical and Health Education (BPHE) and a Bachelor's of Education (B.E.d) from Laurentian University, and have had my own experiences as a varsity-level athlete. I am able to curate targeted workout sessions to fit everyone's unique needs.
I currently work as an athletic trainer for both the Laurentian Men's Varsity Soccer Team, and Sudbury's League 1 Division (Men) Cyclones Soccer Team.
I have the knowledge needed to tailor high level programs to your aspiration and reach your goal of performing at an elite level. I provide my services in English and French at the Laurentian University Gym in Sudbury, ON.

We provide fitness, strength and conditioning training for any athlete, amateur or
professional, individuals and team training.
Our one-hour sessions are specifically tailored to help you improve your ability to
perform and succeed in your sport. We work on speed, joint strengthening, dynamic
trunk control (DTC), power, balance and coordination. Our training helps prevent injury,and we can also provide rehabilitation after an injury to get you back quickly and safely onto the playing field.
Sessions take place at the modern, fully equipped Laurentian University gym in Sudbury, ON.
